Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and 2-4 business days for shipment. We DO NOT ship overnight or express and we DO NOT ship on weekends and or US holidays.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will reach out to you via email that is provided at the time of check out.
Ordered wrong size/color can I STILL change my order?
In the event of a wrong size or color ordered please email us ASAP at sales@sweetlemonandcompany.com with subject line of "NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER". If item has already been shipped customer will be 100% responsible to cover return and shipping cost for corrected item.
Lost or Stolen Merchandise
Sweet Lemon and Company is not responsible once a tracking number has been sent out.
