Refund policy

Return and Exchange 

Clothing can be exchanged for in store credit only.

Item must be in the same condition in which customer received. (Gift card will be sent through email once we have resolved your claim).

In order to receive in store credit, item must be returned within 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed we CANNOT offer exchange or in store credit. 

In order to receive in store credit clothing must be: 

-Unworn 

-Unwashed 

-Smoke and Pet odor free 

-Free of make up stains 

-Free of deodorant stains 

Shipping for exchange will be 100% customers responsibility. 

Items over $75.00 we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible if items are lost during return shipment. 

 

Damaged Items 

In the event that your item comes damaged you must contact us at sales@sweetlemonandcompany.com within THREE business days of receiving your item. 

Sweet Lemon and Company takes full responsibility on damaged items that are NOT caused by shipping company. If item is no longer in stock you will receive in store credit (Gift card will be sent to email provided)
